Warm-up booties

Professional dancers usually wear their warm-up booties on their pointe shoes or flat shoes and only they take them off after the warm-up or at the beginning of barre. The most popular ballet booties are from Grishko and Bloch. The booties not only keep you warm, but also protect your dance shoes from making them dirty. Longer shanked booties also keep your calves warm, and are ideal to combine with a color-matching legwarmer.
